昨晚的作品！
我没放蘭姆酒，所以不能叫蘭姆葡萄酥。
我要给小瓜吃嘛，不放酒咯！

我很喜欢孟老师的食谱，很有心思，好吃！

馒头

我做的馒头！

老公说还差过我家婆做的包子。

可是我个人觉得不错。第一次做嘛。给点面子吧！

表皮不美，里面嘛，不会太粗。ok啦。

面包 （成功！）

哈哈！我的面包成功了！
卖相嘛。。 就不要要求太高了！

用手揉一个小时。这回手不会痛，有点酸而已。
没擦蛋液，我不可以吃蛋！
很开心！
一出炉我就吃了一个。
这面包销路也好，小瓜在同一天里吃了两个也！

忙碌的工作

MC回来。工作一大堆！我不是文员，工作也可以堆积的？我也不懂！

每一样都赶着要！
我又必须准时载小瓜放学。
8个钟，能做多少是多少！我不管了！

水痘记

080809 我出水痘！老来才出水痘！ 好痛苦！
也有好处的！MC 10天！

除了痛苦， 难题也来了。我不可以吃的东西很多，鸡蛋也不行！
怎样做蛋糕啊？起码要停产40天！

小瓜还没出！不懂几时他会出。然后再停产40天！
小瓜太迟出的话，月尾就不能回了！

老公又将吃斋，我又不能吃！

GuiLin Day 4

The Last day we at YangShuo.
Lastnight was heavy raining, I wake up at 6.30am, nice sinery! i took some photo from outside my room.
After taking HaoWei's 桂林米粉。we rent a van to 桂林.

Oh! u know what?!
we leaft our 6 pastport at the hotel we stay!!
Huat found it when we almost reach 桂林!
no choice, my sis and mum take bus back to YangShuo and take it!

桂林? a busy town!
no way to walk, nothing to see while waiting for my sis back.
i saw those 小食档, but Huat worry it is dirty, so we did not take it!

Rent a car for only RM8 to have lunch and go to visit the象鼻山。
ah...?
take raft again? this is call visit 象鼻山?
ai.... is only like that! seeing it on the raft!

so bore ahh?? everyday raft raft raft!
so we go shopping when Hao Wei in sleep.
nothing to buy again, but some food to bring back loh...

Raining at night. Can not go pasar malam!
but we take the tricycle to have dinner (raining day, no photo)

GuiLin Day 3

260709 we go 漓江, take bas to the 兴平码头。
take raft again, this raft with motor, bigger and faster
take 2 hrs again.
than we pass by the 九马画山，骆驼过江。Than it consider visited these two place
ah ma star saying very moutain is the same... she can imagin or agree what the name they give
star boring seeing the moutain and water, luckly my little Hao Wei is still excited to take raft
seeing those cow beside the river, duckling on the water
and he try to play water.... wah is dangerous on the raft

after having lunch we chooice to go back and rest
everyone tired and sleep on the bus

oh no, my little Hao Wei sleep
i need to carry him back to the hotel from the bus stop.... help....

豆奶龙眼布丁

快快上这道甜点，因为我要请caca吃，谢谢她颁奖给我！

食谱

A：水900ml，美人鱼燕菜粉5g，糖60g

B：豆奶250ml，淡奶80g

1）把A煮滚，离火加入B搅匀

2）冷却后加上龙眼罐头的糖水即可

Day 2 GuiLin

second day in GuiLin (accually is Yangshuo)
we take bicycle to the 遇龙河
than we take raft (for 2hr) Hao Wei very happy loh

a bit long for my mather in law, she is scare and boring

after this, we go 聚龙潭 there is lot of the nature stone or what shuold i call.
get to take raft again, Hao Wei happy loh

heavy rain after that, after our lunch
(they cut all the chicken, fish to very small piece)
than, we take our bicycle back in the rain

又拿奖，又拿奖了！

GuiLin Day 1

Now only can get online. And I m very very busy at work.

Hope today no OT. Huat will not allow than.

240709 our trip to GuiLin. So excited! can not sleep. Our flight on 6.20am

11.30am we are at GuiLin.

and luckly those food is not so ok to accept.

法式海绵小蛋糕

又是这道。
星期六约了纹纹去crazy playground 就做点蛋糕给她吃。
难得她会高兴吃我做的蛋糕。
本来要做chiffon cake
可是
做了面包实在累。所以就变成小蛋糕了。

蛋糕表面不是因为收缩哦。是我倒面糊时的纹路！
可是看来丑丑的！

食谱：
A：蛋黄2粒，糖30g
B：蛋白2粒，糖15g
C：低筋粉40g，粟粉10g
D：椰子粉1tbsp

1）把A的蛋黄加糖用打蛋器拌匀
2）B的蛋白用搅拌机打至粗泡，分次加糖打至硬
3）取1/3的蛋白霜，拌入做法（1）的蛋黄糊中轻轻拌匀
4）然后再加入剩余的蛋白霜拌匀筛入底粉和粟粉拌至均匀的面糊
（可以加少少油，蛋糕不会太干）
5）将面糊放入纸杯约九分满，并撒上椰子粉
6）预热烤箱180度，烘烤20-25分钟

面包

可怜的我用了两个钟头揉面团！实在困难！
我以为它发酵的很好。出来的成果还是不行！
太硬！

做好后，很累，很热。
洗个冷水澡。结果得了感冒！

晚上，手痛加感冒！
简直是难过得叫救命！
吃了两颗pandadol才睡得着。

没买搅拌机，我想我不敢再做面包了！

又杏仁小西饼

星期五，又做了这道饼干。
浩炜爱吃，而我又有杏仁剩。
上一次烘得有点过火，这一次怕了，结果烘两次！
杏仁还会掉落，咳，差劲！

睡不着

我睡不着eh
想着周末做面包，做什么cake
我昨晚没做？
因为我病倒了！呕吐！不懂做么！

还想着如何去kinokuniya把书败回来。caca又有介绍呢！

还有，还有
我要去把那美美的纸杯败回来！放在人家店里会坏！

所以我睡不着咯！

双色草莓蛋糕

人家用蓝莓，我用草莓！
可是为什么我总会作出跟人家不同的shape
Jess做的没发这么高，星形又漂亮！浩炜也嫌弃我的草莓！
辛好，蛋糕好吃，不懂是不是奶油的关系，不会油腻也！
以我的功力，ok啦！

唉。。。

这份工不能再久留了！
老板的态度变了。
当大家不再适合大家。哪只好拉倒！

今天我又觉得自己懒得去找工！
等下看到他们的嘴脸我又会想走的了！

上星期五，Jessy做到2am！
我去了金马伦。临放工就有难听的话了，星期一又继续给话我听！

不是因为他的话我才做OT！
全因我想跟我的同事同一阵线！

10.07.09 我们又去金马伦。姑姑娶媳妇。
我没拍到什么照片，回的时候，这三个瓜忽然这么亲密，赶紧拍下来。

Milo Chiffon Cake

这次用了阿星的配方。用自发面粉！
蛋糕矮矮的，组织看似较粗，可是口感没不妥！????

ahhh need to use this no chi text computer!!
i spend 1hr for making the flour, i think everything is ok
but i need to go out!! but those flour is still in progress....
how?? go out or wait for the bread to be done?

how can the tiger at my house will wait for the bread!!
so i go out loh.
when come home... the bread is soooo big
when i remove the "bao xian mo" all become small n smaller!!
ohhh my poor bread....so sad lah

i call my 4yee, to make sure that it can still be eaten...
so i bake them, but i bake too long... again.... 1 more misstake!!
so the bread become hard, but inside still soft n having big big hole... it must bcos i put them too long for "fa xiao"!!!

but anyway!! i finished eat them all!! hahaha

1 more thing to note down...
my hand is sooooo pain bcos of making the flour...
try once only, i wish i can buy the machine... :p

杏仁西餅

星期天，做了这杏仁西餅。
贪心的涂太多蛋白，又烘太久。。。能见人的就只有几粒了！
哇！这杏仁西餅很松，很好吃！

原来

昨晚做了孟老师的“薄片”。很像！
可是拿不起来！全都粘在烤模上!
第二次了！。。。
做“薄片”该怎样拿起来的啊？

失败了，就躺在床上看“孟老師的100道手工餅乾”
老公进来说做那一样应该问他！
选了又选，他说没兴趣！
他说我该学做包，糕点，或炒菜！
炸到！

原味chiffon cake

昨晚做的原味chiffon cake。我多放了10gm的粉。还是有点塔！我好像开始失望和没耐性了！

难道我真的需要隔热打发蛋白？

严重脱皮！因为我从未尝试过用手脱模！

第一次做垃圾酵素！

10lit的才是我做的。5lit是家婆给的。

很贪心，一做就做10lit。因为要买桶嘛，当然买大的啦！

火龙果酵素。 我做过几种酵素，以前觉得葡萄的好喝，尝过 火龙果的，你就会爱上了！

火龙果卖得很贵涅！回Penang时叫我三叔帮我买。这些又大又圆RM2一粒噢！很甜！

我没喝酱多啦！一个朋友要的。能补血，抗老噢！

法式小軟糕

昨晚不知道该做什么蛋糕，就让小瓜选。
他一指就指这法式小軟糕。可是我没有小小的模，只好用纸杯了！
这次我用Anchor无盐奶油，觉得比较香。
好吃。我的小瓜一口气吃两个！

my weekend

Have a busy weekend again.

Hao Wei so happy that i let him use hand to mix those flour!

Keep it at the friedge and i bake it early in the Saturday morning

Change the car alarm, than make an ice-cream in the afternoon while the busy boy is sleeping

haven't get photo on it, but Huat say not so nice it taste!

i still have the 动物性奶油 left. need check with Jess how long it will last

maybe use it for another ice-cream again.

Sunday. we went to the Kebun

Getting scold by Hao Wei! he say i m lying on him

i did not making any bread! it was raining on both Sat & Sunday

i worry it will take to long to let the bread get 发酵

night time i make this Banana wallnut mafin.

第二次做了。
上面的糖脆脆的。好吃。
可能我该用较黑的焦糖。

还是塔下来！不太严重，用刀子切的时候会被压扁！

奶茶味香，我发觉奶茶味是“嗅到”不是“吃到”eh！

这回我把茶叶也放进去，保守的只放一包啦！

这个食谱没放发粉的。

很期待成功的一天。还不知道我到底哪里出错呢！

黑糖海绵杯子蛋糕

答应了环环再做海绵杯子蛋糕，等下再call她研究步骤。
发了黑糖，打蛋的时候看不清楚蛋的颜色，好像发得不够，蛋糕体很实！

又放太少了，没有满杯！

昨晚做了原味戚风蛋糕,虽然有点倒塌，只是一点而已哦！
口感和蛋糕体都ok。

今天终于可以完成这篇东东了！老板太早进来，我不够时间偷懒嘛！

小瓜不舒服！

很矛盾，我不想让他吃西药的，又怕中药太慢害他辛苦太久。

英俊小生要去上课啦！
他今天带“咯里”去上课！每天都有不同的把戏，服了他！
有点咳嗽，我买了化淡散给他，今晚给他吃，不要吃西药吧！？

海绵杯子蛋糕

自己做了就知道简单的食谱也未必是“简单”的
看过jess做的就知道了。
我做的开口了，
又不会拿捏发的程度，把蛋糕做得不实太满，就太少！

坏蛋的浩炜，我一做好他就偷吃，让他带上学他又不要！
我今天跟他赌气，我说“我拿去给你的朋友吃，叫他们叫我妈妈”

结果？他当然不要别人叫我妈妈啊！
就乖乖带去上学咯！

又一个忙碌的周末

30.5.09 浩炜生日？没有啦！
婷婷的boyfriend---monkey哥哥生日。
浩炜很兴奋，争着吹蜡烛，切蛋糕。
又吃到jelly cake 了，觉得味道差了。coconut味明显少了很多。





吃饱饭，喝茶，teh halia。。。 good！
