假期浩炜都在家乡,上个星期回来,就趁圣诞节带他看看玩玩。
251209去了KLCC,没拍到照片。(其实还跟姑姑一家人去的呢!)
271209去了TheCurve, 他最喜欢这牛了! 嚷着要骑,就骑上去啦!
晚餐准备了这烧鸡腿,得到老公的好评!hmm值得再尝试!
可惜哦,我没摆放美美的配菜,让它孙色了呢!

在家找不齐材料,改一改材料。。。
檸檬成了asam
月桂葉成了oregano (我一直以为我买了parsley)
还好还可以吃。。。

cheedar cheese chiffon cake

冰箱里剩cheedar cheese 很久了,所以就做了这蛋糕。
做的时候就闻到cheese香了,可是吃,味道就不浓。哈哈!可以加更多cheese?
我很勤力哦,忙了一星期,我家油好新漆了!超累!还好我家小小啦!
星期日,2.30pm就油好了,休息后,6pm做蛋糕。
A:鲜奶60g,Cheedar Cheese 2片,奶油25g
B:特幼粉65g,发粉1/4小匙
C:蛋黄4粒
D:蛋白4粒,糖80g,盐少许,塔塔粉1/4小匙
1)将(A)料隔水搅煮至均匀浓稠
2)移出,加入(B)料拌匀,再加入(C)搅拌均匀
3)将(D)料的蛋白搅拌至发泡,下剩余的材料继续搅拌至硬
4)1/3蛋白加入芝士混合料,搅拌均匀
5)再将芝士混合料倒入剩余的蛋白,搅拌均匀
6)将混合料倒入戚风模里,160度烤约35分钟,倒扣待冷才脱模

哇!我的戚风长高了也!成功,成功!
好开心,蛋糕组织也OK。希望以后的也可以这样。
原本想做豆腐poppy seed chiffon cake 的,买不到豆腐,又不甘心,照加poppy seed,
成了原味poppy seed chiffon cake 了。
上个星期,买了两本Alex Goh的书(被我发现那里有7款Alex Goh的书呢!)
省省地只买两本。
这次做chiffon cake我不干改成份了,做了4粒蛋的分量。160度,35分钟。
Alex Goh 说,chiffon cake要放在底层烘烤,虽然我用微波炉,那我就用一个矮铁架咯(平时我用高铁架的)
总之,成功了就值得高兴啦!
A:蛋黄6粒,糖30g,盐1/4tsp,粟米油90g,鲜奶105g
B:低粉150g,发粉1/2tsp
C:蛋白6粒,塔塔粉1/8tsp,糖120g
D: Poppy seed
1)将A混合拌匀,加入B搅匀
2)把蛋白打到很多泡泡,然后加塔塔粉和糖打至硬
3)将1/4蛋白霜 and poppy seed倒入蛋黄糊拌匀,最后加入剩下的蛋白霜
4)170度烤35分钟左右,烤好立即倒扣,待冷才脱模

哭
哭,虽然没有用。但是我想我需要痛快的哭,让我发泄一下!
我不懂我还会哭几次,我想酱哭一哭不算忧郁症吧!
看到人家挺着3几个月的大肚子,我的眼泪就流出来了。
想起上一次回家,是为了拿走哪没了心跳的孩子。
写着这篇扎记,我的心还是很痛!
一年两次,老天你是不是很残忍啊?既然你要拿走,你就不要给我希望嘛!
孩子,妈妈不再想念你们,好不好?!
朋友,我知道要振作,我知道要想开一点。
我还需要时间。我会没事的。

weekend works
no colouring, and i add poppy seed in it.
this is second time i make it, Ting Ting family said this is nice to eat.
but my lao gong dun want to try it, HaoWei? finished only the "Bak Hu" than others all dun want!

i think i chiffon is munch better, no dropping, is soft!

Birthday celbration
I can't understand why my pc's chinese text always changed!
it might change by someone when i m not here(i m using the office PC)

HaoWei also wish me Happy b'day n give me a kiss.
he complain why i still waring the office uniform (need work?)
he want to stay at home to wait me back from work, he dun want go to school....

afternoon, having dry Bak Kut Teh for lunch with Zoey & Sherry
i want to pay for it but they buy me the lunch, thanks them so munch
night time, having crab for dinner at Tak Fok, i order 2 types of crab
wah.... eat slow slow n enjoy
HaoWei complaining: why u eat so slow ahh? i m going to "pian pian" lah
n i got lots n lots wishes from friends

肉松海绵蛋糕
肉松海绵蛋糕,甜和咸的配搭,我刚刚在吃,停不了口呢!
hehe蛋糕摸太大,变成“蛋矮”了, 幸亏还是很松软,好吃。
A)牛奶 35gm,沙拉油 25gm
B)低粉100gm(我用特幼粉),发粉1/4 t
C)全蛋200gm, 细砂糖120gm, 盐1/4 t
D)SP乳化剂1t
E)肉松
1)烤摸铺纸备用
2)C 用搅拌机搅拌均匀,加入SP乳化剂,再加入筛过的B
搅拌均匀(不必打发)
3)加入搅匀的A, 继续搅拌1~2分钟
4)将1/2 面糊倒入烤摸, 170,烤10分钟(至面糊表面定型)
5)取出,撒上肉松
6)倒入剩余的面糊,170度,烤15分钟
(我用的是微波烤炉,用的温度比较低)

咸蛋酥

星期六的作品。
原食谱是皮蛋酥,可我又爱吃咸蛋,就换了咸蛋啦!
贪心!这里有咸蛋,也有皮蛋,还有kosong的!
不知道做么!买十粒咸蛋,只给我8粒,2粒皮蛋,就臭了1粒! 唉。。。
做油皮的时候,做错了,变成了“油糊”
当然!喂垃圾桶了!
我其实很高兴,这咸蛋酥很美叻!(不要笑我啦)
看到成品之前我还担心得要死呢!
A)水皮
面粉170gm, 糖粉15个,白油 60gm, 水 80ml
B)油皮
面粉160gm, 白油90gm
C)咸蛋黄16粒(熟的)
D)莲蓉馅 35gm x 16
1)莲蓉馅35gm,包入一粒蛋黄,搓圆
2)水皮搓成团,分16等份
3)油皮搓成团,分16等份
4)按扁一份2,包入一份3,擀扁,卷起(像瑞士卷),
再擀扁,卷起, 再擀圆扁形包入一份1, 分口向下
排在铺了纸的烤盘,搽蛋黄(鸡蛋黄+少许蛋白)
5)180度,20~25分钟
