Have a busy weekend again.

Huan, dun laugh on me if there is spelling error

my pc very very hard to type chiness wording. wish the technician come and fix shortly

I prepare the two color cookies at Friday night

Hao Wei so happy that i let him use hand to mix those flour!

Keep it at the friedge and i bake it early in the Saturday morning

Change the car alarm, than make an ice-cream in the afternoon while the busy boy is sleeping

haven't get photo on it, but Huat say not so nice it taste!

i still have the 动物性奶油 left. need check with Jess how long it will last

maybe use it for another ice-cream again.

Sunday. we went to the Kebun

this is the first time Hao Wei been there

Getting scold by Hao Wei! he say i m lying on him

i did not making any bread! it was raining on both Sat & Sunday

i worry it will take to long to let the bread get 发酵

night time i make this Banana wallnut mafin.

hahaha get complain again, cos i make the mafin when Hao Wei went out with his father

第二次做了。
上面的糖脆脆的。好吃。
可能我该用较黑的焦糖。

还是塔下来！不太严重，用刀子切的时候会被压扁！

奶茶味香，我发觉奶茶味是“嗅到”不是“吃到”eh！

这回我把茶叶也放进去，保守的只放一包啦！

这个食谱没放发粉的。

很期待成功的一天。还不知道我到底哪里出错呢！

黑糖海绵杯子蛋糕

答应了环环再做海绵杯子蛋糕，等下再call她研究步骤。
发了黑糖，打蛋的时候看不清楚蛋的颜色，好像发得不够，蛋糕体很实！

又放太少了，没有满杯！

结果很松软呢！
但由于它冷了，吃不到cheese 的口感了.

戚风蛋糕

昨晚做了原味戚风蛋糕,虽然有点倒塌，只是一点而已哦！
口感和蛋糕体都ok。

哈哈, 再加油.

今天终于可以完成这篇东东了！老板太早进来，我不够时间偷懒嘛！

小瓜不舒服！

很矛盾，我不想让他吃西药的，又怕中药太慢害他辛苦太久。
还是带他看医生吃西药比较快啦！
很多淡，我怕他辛苦，昨晚咳得辛苦。。。
不是很严重的，不用担心。
只是做妈妈的紧张而已！

他很喜欢看我做面包的CD！奇怪！
他把那CD占为已有了！
也爱上帮我做cake
昨晚我没有做，他还吵着要做！

焦糖葡萄干蛋糕

英俊小生要去上课啦！
他今天带“咯里”去上课！每天都有不同的把戏，服了他！
有点咳嗽，我买了化淡散给他，今晚给他吃，不要吃西药吧！？
不懂他会不会乖乖聚拒绝老师给的糖糖？




放一条小手帕，关掉camera的灯光。我觉得美了一点！hehe
浩炜没耐性打奶油，蛋糕有点硬，but still OK lah。

海绵杯子蛋糕

自己做了就知道简单的食谱也未必是“简单”的
看过jess做的就知道了。
我做的开口了，
又不会拿捏发的程度，把蛋糕做得不实太满，就太少！

坏蛋的浩炜，我一做好他就偷吃，让他带上学他又不要！
我今天跟他赌气，我说“我拿去给你的朋友吃，叫他们叫我妈妈”

结果？他当然不要别人叫我妈妈啊！
就乖乖带去上学咯！

又一个忙碌的周末

30.5.09 浩炜生日？没有啦！
婷婷的boyfriend---monkey哥哥生日。
浩炜很兴奋，争着吹蜡烛，切蛋糕。
又吃到jelly cake 了，觉得味道差了。coconut味明显少了很多。





吃饱饭，喝茶，teh halia。。。 good！
