奶茶chiffon

昨晚做的奶茶chiffon,颜色很浓,茶味香。好吃。吃完了才想起,我这chiffon没放发粉,也没放tata粉!哇!成功!。。。。。。暗爽!


做法:

1)60ml热鲜奶,加一包红茶粉浸泡

2)3粒蛋黄,20g糖,40ml油,80g特幼粉,加1的红茶,再加一包红茶粉

搅拌均匀

3)4粒蛋白,55g糖打至硬,

4)2 + 3

5)160度,33分钟(矮架子)

  1. This cake look perfect...without any baking powder & Cream of Tartar? Are you kidding me? Wow..that cool..I would be too nervous not to use it in case my cake collapes!

    i m oso worry to skip these to powder in the cake
    but this time i forgot,but it turn out ok

    so mayb u can try one day ya.
