我个人觉得汤种也好,中种也好,如果没有尽量搓至薄膜,面包始终会硬哦!其实我每次也没有搓到可以拉出很大的薄膜,但小小的薄膜也一样可以让面包顶至3~4天的软度。加油!面包造型很漂亮。
