港式炖奶


买了这食谱很久了。
最近让我找到卖鲜奶的,就买了一包(rm2,400ml)
翻了食谱就开工咯,哎哟,我没有鲜奶油,老公说就别放。
ok,加了3tbsp糖,4粒鸡蛋,过滤!包上保鲜膜,小火蒸10分钟。
卖相还好捏。滑滑的哦。
结果?我和老公都吃不完!
这成份,味道很浓,会腻。可能吃不惯!又或许还要加水或少蛋!
环,如果我在家做,这炖奶一定吃的完的!
