
冰箱里剩cheedar cheese 很久了,所以就做了这蛋糕。
做的时候就闻到cheese香了,可是吃,味道就不浓。哈哈!可以加更多cheese?
我很勤力哦,忙了一星期,我家油好新漆了!超累!还好我家小小啦!
星期日,2.30pm就油好了,休息后,6pm做蛋糕。
A:鲜奶60g,Cheedar Cheese 2片,奶油25g
B:特幼粉65g,发粉1/4小匙
C:蛋黄4粒
D:蛋白4粒,糖80g,盐少许,塔塔粉1/4小匙
1)将(A)料隔水搅煮至均匀浓稠
2)移出,加入(B)料拌匀,再加入(C)搅拌均匀
3)将(D)料的蛋白搅拌至发泡,下剩余的材料继续搅拌至硬
4)1/3蛋白加入芝士混合料,搅拌均匀
5)再将芝士混合料倒入剩余的蛋白,搅拌均匀
6)将混合料倒入戚风模里,160度烤约35分钟,倒扣待冷才脱模

so happy i get it better
