番薯馒头

想做很久了的番薯馒头。
原来番薯的用量很少,我用了金马伦番薯,颜色很漂亮。

表面邹邹哦!都是我啦,把锅盖开太大,降温太快的原故!
组织还是比较粗,有待改进!

    金马伦番薯? Wah, like the golden colour! Do they taste like ordinary ones? 番薯馒头, this is new to me, must put it in my list of food to try. Must be healthier too.
