奶茶香酥饼干

奶茶味很香,可是浩炜不喜欢。
放了小苏打粉,松松的,好吃。


红茶 2小包
牛奶 2T
无盐奶油 140gm
细砂糖 80gm
低粉 240gm
盐 1/2 t
小苏打粉 1/2t

1)牛奶浸泡红茶
2)奶油+ 砂糖 搅拌,+ 红茶
3)加入低粉,小苏打粉拌成均匀的面团
4)揉成圆球形,压平
5)180度,25分钟

  1. June, I never had tea cookies before, Do you include the tea leaves in it? Can I use Ceylon teabags?

  2. yes it is using Ceylon teabag, including all the tea. only one pack ya. or if u like the taste than u can add more
