椰子奶油球


第三次的椰子奶油球了。浩炜喜欢吃。
这次我用自发面粉。
更松,更好吃。

问小瓜,带去学校的饼吃完吗?
他高兴的跟我讲他整粒放进嘴里呢!


A:无盐奶油75g,糖粉50g
B:自发面粉100g,玉米粉10g
C:椰子粉20g

1)奶油软化后,加剩余的A料拌匀
2)然后用搅拌机快速打发至均匀的奶油糊
3)筛如B料稍微拌合,再加C料用手抓城均匀的面团
4)用手揉成圆球,约15g
5)以160度烘25分钟,熄火闷10分钟才出炉

  1. June, oh these cookies looked so good, coconut..my favourite flavour! Is 椰子粉 means coconut powder and not dried desicated coconut?

  2. accually is dried desicated coconut. not really in powder, so when eating u can feel the coconut.
